This set of related acrylic images (a triptych to be exact) is named for Maine’s big sandy ocean beach, a popular tourist draw in the summer, when it comes alive with shops, booths, food, sun block, screaming kids with pails and shovels, kites, volleyballs, and general mayhem.  Some in Maine call it “The Canadian Riviera” for the large number of our northern neighbors who come to enjoy it. It is fondly referred to as “OOB.”
